Rooted in Science. Delivered at the Doorstep.

We are a clinical, research, and grassroots equity foundation dedicated to ensuring that every child with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and speech delays in rural India receives early, dignified care.

Why NDF Was Founded

In India's mountain villages and agrarian belts, neurodevelopmental delays often go undiagnosed until school age. Families who notice differences face prohibitive travel costs, wage loss, and overwhelming hospital queues in distant state capitals.

NDF was founded by pediatric clinicians, developmental therapists, and grassroots community organizers with one conviction: The child's early brain development cannot wait for hospitals to become accessible. Specialised therapy must travel to the village doorstep.

Shaping a Future Where Every Child Thrives.

Neurodevelopment is not a privilege for city hospitals — it is a fundamental human right. NDF was founded to bridge the gap between advanced pediatric neuroscience and rural grassroots reality.

Grassroots Action

Our Mission

Make early neurodevelopmental identification, clinical therapy, and caregiver coaching reachable for every child, regardless of geographic isolation or socioeconomic background.

Long-Term Impact

Our Vision

An India where developmental delays are identified in months rather than years, and where evidence-based therapy, sensory tools, and neurodevelopmental science are freely accessible to every family, teacher, and frontline worker.

Dignity & Trust

Our Guiding Values

Clinician-led, evidence-first, and dignity-centered. We operate with radical fiscal transparency, statutory 80G/12A compliance, and a strict 3% public trust overhead limit.

Child-Centric, Community-Led & Evidence-Backed

We replace sterile clinical isolation with high-frequency, empowering therapy woven into the child's real daily rural environment.

Doorstep Accessibility

Mobile therapy vans fitted with sensory, OT, and speech equipment reach remote hamlets every fortnight, removing the crushing travel barrier for rural parents.

Mothers as Primary Therapists

Instead of isolating therapy in 45-minute clinic slots, clinicians coach mothers on daily home stimulation routines using household items.

Standardized Clinical Rigor

Every child's developmental trajectory is tracked with standardized clinical milestone assessments and quarterly audited field registers.

A clinician-led foundation built for partnership

We work alongside state health missions, district administrations, NGOs, researchers, and corporate funders. Whichever door you come through, the same clinical standard and the same open reporting applies.

Our Mission

Make early neurodevelopmental identification and therapy reachable for every child, regardless of the district they are born in or what their family earns.

Our Vision

A country where a developmental delay is caught in months rather than years, and where the science behind that care is open to every clinician and teacher.

How We Work

Clinician-led, evidence-first, and openly audited. Protocols are published, outcomes are measured, and every rupee is reported against programme delivery.

Leadership & Governance Board

Guided by educators, public service veterans, financial stewards, and clinical leaders.
